Ghost Brew - Pure Decaf I Chemical-Free SCFE I (Medium Roast)
Some coffees deserve to be enjoyed without compromise. Ghost Brew is our answer to the age-old question: why choose between great coffee and great sleep?
Grown in the mist-covered Bababudangiri Range of Chikmagalur - the birthplace of Indian coffee - these shade-grown, single-origin AA Arabica beans are decaffeinated using Supercritical CO₂ Fluid Extraction. No chemicals. No solvents. Just pure science that gently removes caffeine while leaving every aromatic oil and natural flavour intact.
The result: milk chocolate, roasted hazelnut, and caramel sweetness in every cup. Morning, afternoon, or midnight - Ghost Brew is always the right call.
Overview
There's a version of coffee that doesn't ask you to give anything up. Ghost Brew is that coffee.
Grown in the legendary Bababudangiri Range of Chikmagalur, Karnataka - the very region where coffee was first cultivated in India - Ghost Brew begins with everything you'd want in a specialty cup: high altitude, shade-grown Arabica, and a terroir shaped by centuries of coffee history. At 4,500 to 5,000 feet above sea level, cool temperatures and rich forest canopy slow the development of the cherry, building density, sweetness, and complexity in the bean.
Ghost Brew is for the 4pm cup you've been denying yourself. For the person who wants a second espresso after dinner without lying awake at midnight. For anyone who's ever been handed a bad decaf and told it was fine - and deserves to finally be proven wrong.
All the ritual. All the flavour. None of the restlessness.
Producer Story
Legend says it started with seven seeds. In the 16th century, Sufi mystic Baba Budan smuggled coffee beans from Yemen and planted them in the hills of Chikmagalur - an act that gave birth to Indian coffee. The Bababudangiri Range, named after him, remains one of India's most storied coffee-growing regions: high altitude, dense forest canopy, volcanic soil, and morning mist that moves slowly between the trees. Ghost Brew grows here. Shade-grown, unhurried, and shaped by the same land that gave India its first cup. Some origins carry weight. This one carries history.
