At Bean By Nation, we take great care in sourcing and roasting high-quality coffee. Since coffee is a perishable product, our refund and return policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining product quality.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee beans, returns are only accepted for unopened and unused products.
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase or order number
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
Once verified, we will offer either:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund, depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened coffee bags
- Coffee consumed partially
- Products not in original condition
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.
Once the order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
Delivery Delays
While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occasionally occur.
If your order does not arrive within 7 days after dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier partner. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
