Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship across India using trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 3–5 business days
• Other cities and towns: 5–7 business days
• Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders above a certain value. The applicable threshold will be displayed on the product page and at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier issues, or public holidays. BeanByNation is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of placing your order. BeanByNation is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@beanbynation.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost packages). We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
