A bold yet balanced Indian single-estate coffee designed for espresso lovers. Attikan White Mist delivers deep chocolate richness, nutty warmth and cedar notes with a smooth body and gentle acidity — equally satisfying black or with milk, and ideal for daily brewing.

Overview

Attikan White Mist is a carefully roasted expression of Indian Arabica grown in the misty highlands of the Biligirirangana Hills. Designed with espresso and milk-based drinks in mind, this medium–dark roast highlights chocolate-forward sweetness, roasted nuts and subtle cedar undertones. The washed processing and double fermentation technique enhance body and depth while keeping bitterness in check. In the cup, it offers a comforting richness balanced by soft acidity, making it versatile across espresso, moka pot and South Indian filter brewing. This is a coffee rooted in consistency and craftsmanship — bold without being overpowering.

Origin Story

Attikan Estate is located in the Biligirirangana Hills of southern India, a biodiverse region known for its forest cover, wildlife corridors and cool microclimates. Coffee here grows under shade at high elevations, allowing beans to mature slowly and develop complexity. The region’s misty mornings and fertile soils contribute to coffees with depth, structure and sweetness. Attikan White Mist reflects this environment through its rich, grounded flavour profile and smooth finish.

Producer Story

Attikan Estate is managed by the Appadurai family of Sangameshwar Coffee Estates, who combine generations of experience with progressive farming and processing practices. Their focus on quality, experimentation and sustainability has helped elevate Indian specialty coffee on the global stage. The estate employs careful harvesting, controlled fermentation and responsible land stewardship to ensure both cup quality and environmental balance. Attikan White Mist represents their philosophy of producing dependable, high-quality coffees with character and integrity.

THE ORIGIN

From the Birthplace of Coffee

Nestled in the highlands of Ethiopia, where coffee was first discovered over a thousand years ago, our beans are cultivated with the same care and tradition that has been passed down through generations.
Each harvest is a celebration of heritage, where skilled farmers handpick only the ripest cherries at peak perfection. The unique terroir of these ancient lands imparts distinctive notes that cannot be replicated anywhere else in the world.
We work directly with local cooperatives to ensure fair compensation and sustainable practices, preserving both the environment and the livelihoods of those who make our exceptional coffee possible.
