From the Highlands of Coorg & Chikmagalur
Coffee from the highland estates of Coorg and Chikmagalur grows under dense shade in the cool mountain air of India’s Western Ghats. At elevations above 1,100 meters, Arabica cherries mature slowly, allowing natural sugars and delicate aromatics to develop in the fruit. After harvest, the beans are fully washed—pulped, gently fermented and sun-dried—to preserve clarity and balance. What defines this coffee is its purity: 100% Arabica with no chicory or additives. The result is a clean and comforting cup with soft nutty sweetness and subtle earthy depth, reflecting the craftsmanship of India’s historic coffee estates.
