Overview

Attikan's White Mist is a carefully roasted expression of Indian Arabica grown in the misty highlands of the Biligirirangana Hills. Designed with espresso and milk-based drinks in mind, this medium–dark roast highlights chocolate-forward sweetness, roasted nuts and subtle cedar undertones. The washed processing and double fermentation technique enhance body and depth while keeping bitterness in check. In the cup, it offers a comforting richness balanced by soft acidity, making it versatile across espresso, moka pot and South Indian filter brewing. This is a coffee rooted in consistency and craftsmanship — bold without being overpowering.

THE ORIGIN

Mist of the Biligirirangana Hills

Attikan Estate lies in Karnataka’s Biligirirangana Hills, a biodiverse mountain range where Arabica coffee grows beneath dense forest shade. Cool misty mornings slow cherry ripening, allowing sugars and complex flavours to develop naturally. Ripe cherries are selectively hand-picked and undergo careful washed processing with extended fermentation to build body and clarity. Surrounded by wildlife corridors and native trees, the estate produces coffee shaped by both ecology and tradition. The resulting cup reflects the richness of Indian shade-grown coffee - structured, smooth and balanced, with chocolate depth and nutty warmth that performs beautifully in espresso and milk-based brews.
