Origin Story
From Ethiopia’s Sidama highlands, heirloom Arabica grows at very high elevations in fertile soils and cool climate. Cherries naturally dried on raised beds, developing fruit depth while maintaining clarity.
Producer Story
Hamasho Station works with over 600 smallholder farmers, coordinating harvest and post-harvest practices. Station emphasizes careful selection, extended drying and traceable sourcing.
